| I am running for U.S. Senate (Federal Office), and I answer from perspective of that office. The Federal Government should stay out of abortion and respect the sovereignty of the States to deliberate and legislate on abortion if/ as they see fit. However, the Federal Government should Not fund abortion, nor should it provide funds to abortion providers such as Planned Parenthood; nor should the Federal Government leverage other funding to indirectly interfere with State Sovereignty on this issue. Affirming popular sovereignty (i.e. the Sovereign States) will increase domestic tranquility and preserve the Unity and Independence of the United States. | |||

| The XVI Amendment, permitting the Federal Government to tax income, should be repealed. The United States is a union of states, and States are represented in the Federal Government; as such only the States (i.e. not Individuals) should be taxed by the Federal Government. The States, then being taxed, may determine within their jurisdiction how to raise the funds to meet their tax obligations to the Federal Government. This would allow the States to offer greater protection to their Individual Citizens, as well increasing the agency of the people over their own money and resources. | |||

| We must recognize the Sovereignty of the States, and the fact that the Sovereign States are the expression of Popular Sovereignty. A State's representation in congress, or in the electoral college, must be chosen by the Body Politic of each respective State. Therefore, the Sovereign States should retain the power to deliberate and legislate on the regulation of indirect campaign contributions from domestic corporations and unions if/ as they see fit. However, the Federal government should prohibit the indirect campaign contributions from corporations and unions with known allegiance to foreign powers or ideologies that seek to undermine our founding principles. | |||

Many businesses and corporations, participated in the fraud or negligence and should not receive Federal relief; However, where there was harm from coercion or corruption, we use Constitution Article 4 Section 4, Nuremberg Code, and other laws to remedy via investigation, audit, proper enforcement, and restitution. | |||

Military force should only be used when there is a threat to our Foundational principles of Individual Rights, State Sovereignty, and U.S. Unity and Independence, and even then the situation must be such that we are able to sustain an indefinite, inexhaustible, high spirited effort of will to succeed against all odds; otherwise trade, diplomacy, and cultural influence should be used skillfully. | |||

| I support removing barriers to trade while also supporting and encouraging production and provision of American goods and services, and U.S. financial Independence. I support a strong U.S. Economy and strong U.S. currency, and I hold that both of these require that we allow domestic competition, entrepreneurialism, and ingenuity inspired by our Foundational principles of Individual Rights, State Sovereignty, and U.S. Unity and Independence. Peacefully, through diplomacy, trade, and culture, we will lead the global market and spread our Founding principles to other countries. | |||
